Chairman and MD are emphatetic leaders and are good humans to work with. They are trying their best to ensure their emplyoees are happy and productive.

Dislikes

HR is worse and don't have too much expectations. Management are of old mindset still at 70s , need to change the way their perceive their emplyoees. If you have got a offer letter based out of remote location, think twice. Process and Policies are not emplyoee friendly. ZERO Training, No Work Ethics, They claim Sat and sunday are off but they will make you to work from 8.30 am to 6 Pm from Monday to Friday... Something which is wrong. If you are working from HO ( Delhi) then your supervisor will be back of you not giving you any freedom to explore and do your own way of driving business. Product is Sea and should be ready to dive in, constructed complex way and their B2C model is not upto the mark. For Freshers, I would recommend this company as it will make you strong in your work ethics and you can also get a handsome experience at B2B space. For Senior leaders - This is not a team role, they will intially hire you by showing this carrot but you have to contribute individual and also big time policing job is done from HO. Not apt if you are more than 12 years plus experience professional. HR Team -Right from Onboarding Spoc to the Exit HR person - All are incompetent anf doesn't worth a title. Beware of the initial hype 🔥 they create but after few days you will understand it was only a GAS. In next 2 years, a board hanging with "SALE" will make an exit for the present directors and hope new Gen Z Startups can look at revamping all whole process. No job security. They can terminate you whenever they want. No skill development,you have keep as per requirement come. Even if you work in this company for 5 years you will get no knowledge of technology or c# because of their work culture. Most of us stuck in this company because of lack of knowledge.

Everything about the company is a dislike. First of all they will post you to client side and forget about you at all just give you salary thats it with 6 holiday in a year.Salary structure is very low with no incentives no festival nothing and the worst part their so called client will give you work thats not even metioned in job description their client harasses you for no reason give you lots and lots of work and threatens you daily to withraw contract. Once you complain against harassment they wont do anything as client is more important than a employee. Now comes the salary part you"ll do entab"s and clients both work deal with 2 bosses within toxic environment and lot of harrasment on daily basis and they give salary 12701 ( in hand ) and increament of Rs 972 after 3 years of service. As the Ex- Employee of the company. I will share most honest review with you all. In my 2 year experience with Entab they had the worst manger support as my department manager was continuously changing due to no job security Team Leader of Regional Coordinator was handling Mr. Mukesh Saini, he was the totally unskilled persons don'tknow the work ethics. He didn't appreciate our Team or anything. He took the credit of all the achievements of ours. He never take initiative for Appraisal for ours Team'. Although is from Delhi office and are working remotely. The company and the Managers and TL never support us. As my of my Colleagues is still working in the company due to lack of knowledge and they can't switch. Company is harassing them....Read More
