Every organisation has its own set of challenges. If you are looking for no challenges, then don’t work. Enrich is a quite big organisation and hence there are people issues and are manipulative as well. However, it is great place to work with focus.

I enjoyed most of the work at enrich. All bosses encourage and keep good relations with every one. Kind of treat all of them equal

Tis company treat employee as part of their growth.. Every person is imp.. Employee oriented company a dedicated Nd hard work will sure reach the heights success... Timely recogination md eeward ,updated training given .. I was lucky to be part I miss...it changed the life over ...as per work performance of the appraisal given Nd it's systematic

Only is vry less opening
