Working environment is good for the people working in head office. Team mates are supportive and but the management is baised. Company policies differs from department to department!!!!

Politics is everywhere in company but here what we have is very negative environment. Our issues are never highlighted infact they will start blaming you for the same reason. Later targeting the agent and insulting infront of other peers(specifically the TLs) not at all supportive!!! Pathetic experience

The job is simple and easy but it has made very complicated by the management. I learnt many things and also got a chance to wear multiple hars that helped me to get a taste of different task and roles!
