I value the favorable benefits at Enova UAE. However, the organization appears highly unorganized, with notable delays in back office support responses and inconsistencies between interview agreements and offer letter contents. The HR team’s unprofessionalism is a concern, and the atmosphere feels uncertain due to ongoing terminations resulting from contact loses.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
