I dont like work for them

According to me working for enlist is total westing of time because there is lack of management system disturb workers to do hard work. They are not paying any incentive or not provideing any increment even they are not ready to pay petrol allowance

Work Details

Management is not manage properly with there workers they dont try to understand our problems even they never ask for our difficulty its total invane work hard for them.

So many things.. Pl team leader, asistant manager, office atmosphere is horrible, Papri Ghosh is the person and the only reason for today's situation. She even don't know how to handle a team, she has very judgemental mindset , she has 4 to 5 selective people they are very good for her, as per papri entire enlist is running for them and rest people good for nothing...all time she does personal attack with her stuff..
