ENI was good employer to me. But too big a organization to award or reward according to merit or performance of an employee.

Dislikes

There was no rationality while removing employee during Covid situation. Some who were working in the project removed during bad phase but some who were not working taken in the project.

I was lucky and thankful to ENI for giving me opportunity to work in Coral FLNG project , a dream project indeed. I worked as lead process engineer for this project spanned over 5 years.
