The MD is directly involved in every projects, which help employees to learn from him directly. Other than this, its is just like another company in Delhi NCR organized by one family. Fun activities, which they do on Saturdays.

Dislikes

No support from management. No skill improvement. Management is directionless. They should believe in their employees. Should have clear picture in mind before hiring any new employees. Regular salaries delays.

Worst organisation to work. Sorry, it's not even a company; It is a shop. Lala company at all.They look promising in starting but you will find their true colours soon. I would say if anybody wants to see what the toxic culture is then you should go there. It's running by a family and they will like and dislike you that if you are mouth pleasant to them. No matter how hard you work, they won't appreciate you. Company politics is at its heights, dying for every single penny. It's a no wonder that they are still at same revenue which they were in early 2000s, nobody wants to work there if not interested in doing politics....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
