- HR has very improper behaviour with employee, nepotism scenarrio. - People of R&D Electronics are also very bad, not assign you single task to learn. (Specially PCB design and dev team except one or two member). - nepotism with same designated people in work. They will assign some people designing task and who are tech support and some people of same designated are handling crowd on floors). - Team who is working for a year is handling crowd and junior (Later batch passout) are hired as junior / trainee engineers. - also no fix timeline you have to stay late without pay, salary delay. - some people are going for tea and puncture work and parcel receive. - not allowed leave even there was corona. - A HR working for 2.5 year was very irresponsible and bad behaviour, it was a very hard time with such team, but good tech. support as all are supportive....Read More
