EnFuse is a great place to work with ample opportunities & job security. The company policies are employee centric. There are lot of learning and development programs for the employees. The management is very polite and understanding. The work culture is rather cool and friendly. Numerous cultural activities keep the employees motivated. Its an overall fantastic experience working at EnFuse

Work Details

The role involved managing more than 150 people across different sub processes (BLIs). The SLAs are achievable however it requires excellent team management to manage the volumes. The productivity and quality are excellent & client centric

Compensation is not given as per industrial standards. Rest all is either good or manageable.

Almost handled a team of 40 people for more then 15 months but have not been given any lead position on paper and was getting paid very less as compared to my work, infact some of the people who were working under my supervision were earning more then 50% then me, that was quite disappointing 😓.
