Worst management Worst policies Worst manager Once you join the company they will treat you like a you're the one until and unless probation is not over once probation complete then you will be in bond for three years and you will feel like you're trapped in jail , no value of your work, no satisfaction, no appreciation, no appraisal. Manager don't know how to treat employees also have no manner how to talk with them and how handle them.
