Worst management Worst policies Worst manager Once you join the company they will treat you like a you're the one until and unless probation is not over once probation complete then you will be in bond for three years and you will feel like you're trapped in jail , no value of your work, no satisfaction, no appreciation, no appraisal. Manager don't know how to treat employees also have no manner how to talk with them and how handle them. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
