The management team, particularly those based in the Mumbai office, lacks a proper understating of the oil and gas industry.Both these idiots came from different sector and are trying to impose a rigid, school-like structure on the workplace, with set timing for break and lunch hours. There is also noticeable favouritism when it comes to promotions and salary increments, which are not based on performance but rather personal bias. If these individuals remains in leadership roles at EnerMech India, the company risks not securing a single project, and even if they do, they will mishandle it within days, later blaming others by falsely claiming that external parties are not interested in continuing projects with us. 1) There is no employee motivation 2) They just hire the employees to put on PIP 3) There are no any function/ activities for employees. Employees do not expect any monetary at least team bonding activities etc. but they do not have it at all. No Job security, delay in increment, insecurity and politics in every department , no trust, bad work culture, resignation is a joke , HR do not reply to mails , they think they are God of Enermech, some resign and make fun blaming others openly, high turnover, HR nearing retirement age, keeping spending time, watching swimming pool, they make fun of employees, fun and gossip everywhere, HR good in repairing chairs, and AC . they create problems in employee life . plotting against people, and showing a wrong picture to senior. they wear innocent mask when they hire , and it is joke to fire employees here. Non engineers run engineering organization. Politics and pompous garbage cover their ineptitude. Last year they booted out the engineering manager, team leads and just anyone who questioned their incompetence. Many staff however were smart to leave the sinking boat. The piping team size has reduced significantly with no new projectsin hand. Broken assurances, U turns are a norm. They did an appraisal that did more harm than good. Hikes were ridiculously low.
