1) There is no employee motivation 2) They just hire the employees to put on PIP 3) There are no any function/ activities for employees. Employees do not expect any monetary at least team bonding activities etc. but they do not have it at all. No structured appraisals, poor salary and very low increment. There is no job security. On job training is given. Only 1 semiconductor project, no other project in pipeline. Management supports politics, they do not keep their words. Earlier management agreed to WFH and now they changed to WFO. Unprofessional work culture, too manypeople complaining. Non engineers run engineering organization. Politics and pompous garbage cover their ineptitude. Last year they booted out the engineering manager, team leads and just anyone who questioned their incompetence. Many staff however were smart to leave the sinking boat. The piping team size has reduced significantly with no new projectsin hand. Broken assurances, U turns are a norm. They did an appraisal that did more harm than good. Hikes were ridiculously low. Work hours is flexible Most of employees are good except the informers to management. Salary is credited to account by end of month. Health insurance. Pooled lunches.

No job security Little or no training. No formal appraisals. Politics from top management. Miscommunication and U turns from management is common. Low salary, poor hike. High staff turnover. The informers and lapdogs to management are favoured.
