The work culture among the employees is very pleasant, the management does not take enough initiative for the growth of the Employees Financially. Henceforth, the off-role Employees are demotivated in the long run.

Dislikes

The policies are not fair enough between On-role and off-role employees. Job security is good but there is no proper hike/appraisal as per performance which affects the work-Life balance.
