The HR management in this company is very bad, it never picks up the call when HR is called for any work, neither is there anyone to listen to, nor does it give you any of your information here. Here your TA, DA is absolutely negligible, whatever work you do, you will be taken so much that after the end of your duty, you will have to get petrol from your poker, even after that the company does not support you, HR management is completely opposite to you....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
