I like few things as B2W area, and you can have opportunity to talk with direct to user or client.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad, as they expect from us to work for 12 hrs, they do mentally torture without any reason. Professional life is not at all present. No team coordination. Lead have trust issue with their employees.

There was no strict HR policy, Manger Used to torture us for spending more and more hour still if there is no work lineup, he was a pathetic guy I have ever experienced if you’re spending more than 10 mins in washroom even in that case he used to question why it took so long …. He used to humiliate and also threaten that he will destroy our career and will not let us smoothly removed from enel x. Even After complaining to HR many times nothing got happened against him rather HR started taking favour to out Salesforce manager … Many actions he did where it was legally inappropriate but HR never supported subordinate specially to us who were contractors...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
