Sales has an upper hand in the organisation. Still the growth for "sales" is not visible. That is to say growth is very slow. No "real" learning. Regional managers were expected to do only administrative job broadly. HR does not understand the pulse of the employees. Is more pleased to satisfy management.

Self learning is mandatory hence completed as ritual. There is no real learning. As such if 1 spends few yrs, it could be problem to the employee if he has joined at an younger age. Processes are strong. it is a process driven co. mktg focus is lost.
