Nothing much to write here except the Work From Home facility. But that too was applicable only to the billable resources above 60% billability. Otherwise no work from home allowed. Compensation was also fine.

Dislikes

1. Lot of micromanagement was done by the management and there was no transparency. The senior management did not share details with the individual contributors. The details were shared with the leads of different locations and leads did not share information with us. 2. For applying for Work From Home, everyday you needed to get approval from your lead and share details like what activities will you be doing - and at the end of day you need to share detailed report about what all you did. If you reviewed a deliverable, how many comments were shared that was also asked by the lead/ manager. 3. Lot of politics within the team. 4. The role was of SQA consultant but we were asked to work for Testing activities also. 5. Management was only concerned about billing. Not at all employee friendly company. 6.
