1) Awarded with *Worst company to work* 2) it is not a company Ha**ss**me*t House 3) please government ask them how many employees leave within every 6 months 4) they not provide experience/relieving certificate if you want to leave company within 6 months. They said you have to serve with this culture .

Nothing to like but office colleagues are decent.

Despite having sat-sun weekly off you have to come in Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays also. And no compensation for that. When it comes to salary HR will not be ready to negotiate with you and you will end up having what HR has decided. Toxic management.

You can go in any department but not in accounts and finance india business ,worst manager ,worst HOD,no work life balance ,even if you work for 24 hrs the work will not end,though sat and sunday are off but workload is so much that you will have to take laptop with you and do work from home on weekends ,you do one mistake all your good work is gone ,no appreciation at all,favourism is there,they increase the salary just to trap you and then they give you tremendous work,company follow different policy and this dept follow some other,minimum notice period is 60 days ,so either you should complete it or abscond,if abscond then they wont give you anything ,there is no option for payment of notice period which is not served and this rule is only for this particular department ,rest company accept the payment ,lack of manpower ,worst dept in the whole company ,if you want to save your mental and physical health ,then dont go here...Read More

The work culture is terrible. Saturdays and Sundays are off only due to policy. There is no job security at all. Humiliation in the work place is at its peak. The company is run on bureaucracy.
