It was great opportunity to work with esteemed organization like Emrill.. I've worked along with various countries people but never face any problems with them.. Because Emrill itself created 7 Values and all are obeying and working as a family.. It provides pre and continuous training during duties to all employees.. And another great thing I'm appreciating Emrill is that it gives an opportunity to improve our skills and give chance to change our designation according to our wish by issuing internal vacancies memos to all. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
