as a girl I worked in the company Empclaims, I have very disrespectful experience, Male Employee stare at you on office floor, talking about you" how is this girl", follow you while break. that's make me uncomfortable. Employee name are Varun siani, Mehul chaturvedi, Akash parmar, Jignesh Prajapati, Shoeb Vhora, Bhavesh nathani, Kunal sharma. When discuss this thing to HR, not taking to any action. Team lead themselves talking on floor and watching reel on social media while junior are working.
