Company is kind enough but I would say for management, they are bias and differentiate between WFO employee and WFH employee. In regards to work, they expect WFH employees to do much more than WFO employees. Above to that all benefits & rewards are made only for WFO employee. WFH employee never gets any goodies such as company's printed t-shirts, mugs, any team outings or parties etc. These all are made for WFO employees. No motivation, they will only ask you to work and do sales (even it wasn't mentioned in your offer letter or JD of the job) as well....Read More
