Like This is the only company which used to provide increament to the contractual employee. This company is a growing company and there are ample opportunity to get promotion. The company provide Outmost job security to there employee even in the contracual payroll.

It is a very decent company to gain exposure of 3PL and Warehousing Industry. Management is friendly and very much fraternal if approached in the right manner. The office is in a Corporate Park named Neelkanth and the facilities are abundant. The Directors are very friendly and understanding and want their staff to grow along with them and the company. Overall a great experience so far.

Improvements can be made in HR department but it is the case with most Start-up companies.

The management at this company is extremely unprofessional and unsupportive. Krishna Kumar and Jitendra Kumar have a pattern of hiring employees only to terminate them immediately, without any verbal warning or a proper Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). The HR department is powerless and offers no support to employees. The workplace is full of dirty politics, creating a highly toxic environment with zero job security.
