Great work, Great Learning, We have a great Regional Manager to guide us. Best part was that even in the hard times of COVID, when companies were firing, EMIZA was very concerned about its workers and also hired more unemployed persons. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
