Nothing.. all on roll employee are slave of Regional manager(East North&West) . It's really Good to see it's a one man company...Krishna Kumar.. he is the man He is HR cum Assistant manager cum Regional manager cum CEO...rest all are simple employee..Even co - founder also bless Him.

Purely Baniya based 3PL... Backbone less HR...IF any body wish to join EMIZA except baniya community...Please be sure must Study about Krishna Kumar who is Regional manager of East,North & south region.So ,My suggestion gor those guys who wants to join this company as an Executive or Senior Executive...First study and watch a 10min clippings of Krishna Kumar then join..If you don't want hire & fire, loss of self respect...Please don't go .....Read More
