I leave before lockdown. Management always pressure on site work.

Das Holding Group all company good, only EIFM not good.... Very bad situation now & management not good. Why I resigned, I applying emergency leave my family problem I show all documents my parents sending me, buy Engineer & management said u finished this project then after u go, I finally finished my project P9 Das Marketing office again said finishing P9 3 floor Yes clinic office. That time I decided to resign, HR not supporting me & management said u resigned company not allowed emergency leave. Very bad management this EIFM....Read More

Mai nhi Chahta k koi bhi aa k ham 20 log ki Tarak pareshan ho .. Bas itna yaad rakhna k agar EIFM me Aaye to poori Zindagi Rona pade ga .. jab tak k EIFM se chutkara na mil jaye ... Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
