Annual Bonus is solely on the discretion of the management. There is little increment at the end of the year. So if we are planning something assuming a hike, it can only be possible if we get promoted which is rare considering the organizational structure. Sometimes it makes me wonder what's next.!

Work Details

My work is exciting as I plan and schedule major maintenance events by interacting and coordinating with various departments. But sometimes it gets real challenging getting everyone on the same page. My superior is a good leader & I try to learn from him.
