My only regret was they are too strict with their policies. Anyone can make a mistake once in a while, but they don't reconsider their decisions. As far as I am concerned I had highest cooperation and encouragement from my managers. Sometimes not often work demands are high as there is no enough manpower available all the time. Sometimes you supervisors are inconsiderate and ask you to perform non-stop for 14-15 hrs. Apart from that I had no regrets....Read More

Although my work is very challenging looking after very expensive/modern aircraft, it was never boring. I get to attend various courses/ training sessions to continuously improve my skills. Sometimes it is a bit tiring, but it's well taken care of.
