No Job security above 60 age. Even company policy allows till the age of 65 .Work Culture wise it was good before 2019 .Now young generation management spoils the company brand internally because the same group /batch of Young people given position in management level and targetting experienced professionals and playing politics with hidden anti nationals thereby spoiling company culture internally which third person dont know!...Read More

I was loving to work with Emirates Airlines/ even after leaving Emirates I love to work because of my experience and working with Engineering and team of professional and frontline Job and Customer satisfaction in turn the service which we give On Time Departures for full customer needs that is to maintaining company standards. Due to COVID-19 Company made me Redundancy .

I enjoyed the people whom I worked with always ready to help and take up responsibilities. Very neat, clean and hygienic work location and staff busses are provided for each shift for the staff which is convenient. Also the food provided on the canteen was very tasty and worth enjoying a meal every now and then. Most importantly during the nights Emirates is a very safe environment for our female coworkers and that's highly appreciated. Thanks....Read More

The only one thing that I dislike are the tools that are purchased by staffs by themselves... dislike because since now I am a redundant staff I am unable to make use them elsewhere. The only drawback which I would like you to consider. Thanks.

My only regret was they are too strict with their policies. Anyone can make a mistake once in a while, but they don't reconsider their decisions. As far as I am concerned I had highest cooperation and encouragement from my managers. Sometimes not often work demands are high as there is no enough manpower available all the time. Sometimes you supervisors are inconsiderate and ask you to perform non-stop for 14-15 hrs. Apart from that I had no regrets....Read More

Although my work is very challenging looking after very expensive/modern aircraft, it was never boring. I get to attend various courses/ training sessions to continuously improve my skills. Sometimes it is a bit tiring, but it's well taken care of.
