Flexible timings and mostly easy work. My leaves were always approved without any questions. Divya is approachable and understanding.

Daily word count of 5000-5500 words is too much to take. No increment was given to me even after a year. The work is boring because you almost write the same thing everyday. A special mention goes to Sharat who tells employees that edits are so important that they should work first and forget about their lunch.
