Flexible timings and mostly easy work. My leaves were always approved without any questions. Divya is approachable and understanding.

Daily word count of 5000-5500 words is too much to take. No increment was given to me even after a year. The work is boring because you almost write the same thing everyday. A special mention goes to Sharat who tells employees that edits are so important that they should work first and forget about their lunch. Working environment created by EMIAC is really commendable. It feels like a second home. One can effectively utilize his/her skills and extend their creativity in the best way possible. Team members are extremely cooperative. From HR to operation department, the company has managed to keep their employees motivated and efficient.

It's been only 3 months since I have joined. So far I haven't found anything negative about EMIAC.
