You would have much pressure if you have good relationship with accounts team

Dislikes

Accounts team is more powerful than CEO of the company and they won't allow you to work independently. They will interpret your work and accounts team will get back on you and they will give you instructions what to do they don't care if you are in operation team, store or HR team . CEO don't allow anyone to talk to him directly. Hewants everything through accounts team. No freedom or no decision or no action can be taken independently. End of the year they are not working. If the accounts team head is removed then the company will be better place to work and opportunity...Read More
