Here the so called "management" had one activity go into their hole and stay dormant and bite ppl if they are disturbed.As if these ppl will do anything for survival and nothing for job.the culture here is if it's going good it's management and if not good let's find an employee to tag them.Absolutely no recognition, learning curve,no increment. As usual once the project is allocated management make sure they are as invisible as possible with zero support.and least interest in what someone is doing they don't even care if there is growth opertunity or not their main focus is month end salard

worst company to start career, if u join as a senior or mid level management roles then it will a very gud company and work life balance was too good. only pros is work life balance.
