It was great working with Ends. I always been greatful working with leaders like Md. Imran, Paras Gambhir. They are very professional and supportive, which makes employees to work in their comfort zone and learn as much as you can.

Dislikes

Only HR department is worst. They do not understand their job responsibilities. As if there is any issue employees seek help from HR but in ends it never happens.

ENTIRE MANAGEMENT eMds Is not a company it's FRAUD and they are running scam. They hire people mentally harass them put their salary on hold for no reason when you asked about the reason why my salary on hold nobody will give you a clear answer. HR department here is totally fraud and corrupt they are just a puppet of OPERATIONS. KOi aukat hi nahi hai HR ki yaha. When you give resignation they will let you serve notice period but when you asked about your relieving letter and experience letter after 45 days they will not answer in first place.They will reply after 1-2 month and tell you to pay Rs. 15000 first if you want your relieving and experience letter.
