Emcure Pharmaceutical Limited is good but management is too old not improve and update with current scenario. I talk only one particular plant. I don't have any idea about other Plant.

1) Working With Oncology Division Is very Toxic Culture. my Reporting Manager was favourite of NSM and Product Manager. To Secure His Job He used to take Job of MR. 2) When Issue goes to HR, HR get Managed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement.
