As myself working 14 years in emcure. But due to Pune location I survived 14 years. Company giving good salary. But recently so many times lay off happened. During lay off company will save job related to cso and near employees not considered work who given lot of hard effort for organ ization. Finally this is politics oriented company and inside company lot of politics going on. Company never consider individual effort and other things. My personally during 14 years given lot of project output which is really good for company. Nobody given such type of output within 14 years. But finally during lay off company not considered this and consider only those employees who near to owner and cso and save their job....Read More
