One can learn a lot and be a independent thinker as no one will guide you ( though you are a fresher or working at a junior most level).

Dislikes

Though it is a Pvt. Ltd. Company, it is running like a proprietary firm. The director of the company do not respect the employees, rather ill treat people. No humanity.
