Good people, who team up to do unthinkable things as they are oppressed by a single person (united against one enemy).

Dislikes

The CEO, singlehandedly ensures that the experience of each and every employee is the worst possible. Unrealistic expectations and even more unrealistic deadlines. CEO calls herself "Authentic hands on leader" but does not walk the talk. No transparency and max level of micromanagement. Okay to take a junior role here, but never ever take a mid/senior level role here.

Nothing to like in Embibe, ending our day is the biggest relief ever. Not a part of embibe anymore, best feeling is like I'm out of embibe prison after so much of efforts.

The deserving / performing employees won't have any light in their life if they stay more than a year in embibe. They will have budget to hire a replacement *4x* than the performing employee who is struggling with no appraisal. I worked in a EMBIBE project , Name is PAL ( Personalized Adaptive Learning ) project , Assam, after completing 1 year I lost my job because of internal issue of the project. What I will do, now I am facing depression, no job no salary, suddenly it's stop. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
