There is nothing to like about the company. Initially you might feel on the top being in the big hands of Reliance, but gradually you will realize the truth.

No Visions, no ethics, no work culture, nothing. All the policies which they talk about like empathically strong and blah blah, its totally opposite. you will end up screwing your career and yourself. No second though about the products, its just the leadership. DONT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE PAID ONES!

Good people, who team up to do unthinkable things as they are oppressed by a single person (united against one enemy).

Dislikes

The CEO, singlehandedly ensures that the experience of each and every employee is the worst possible. Unrealistic expectations and even more unrealistic deadlines. CEO calls herself "Authentic hands on leader" but does not walk the talk. No transparency and max level of micromanagement. Okay to take a junior role here, but never ever take a mid/senior level role here.

No leadership. Its not a company, its a dictatorship by CEO, who only knows to attend events and show off. No strong management strategies. They don't which direction they are moving. no goals. deadlines depends on CEO and VP's mood. business model is only for earning frame. no revenue to survive. just show off.

Worst experience in my Life... I served more then 2 years for this company. End of the day layoff, layoff is not a matter, matter is they treat like use and through. They behave like we are pros....

Dislikes

No growth, end of the day they provide variable pay 40% only, after 13 months, without notice period they fired within 10 minutes. My total variable amount is 1,55000. But they given only 55000.

Money was okay, but underserved and people who just don't work or show any kind of execution will be earning more than people who work tirelessly.

Everything about the company is bad. Starting from the CEO. She is arrogant and just a bad person. It's a dictatorship and any kind of expert opinions are not valued. One of the reason why Embibe is going down the drains. PS., all the 5 star rating you see is fake. The CEO forces HR to make people write 5 star review. Don't work for manager "S". No work life balance. Everything comes from air ..the requirements, deadlines etc. no appraisal to anyone for last two years. Company has no money hence freeing up office space. Soon the company will be shut if it follows the same trend.

Bad Work-life balance No proper management No proper planning. Product design changes on fly. No written requirement specification. Product developed on verbal communication. They can ask you to come on weekend. Day and night work without any extra payment. No work ethics, no professional communication, can scold as well. Product owner will not listen to anyone. What he/she say, that’s only right. They not focused on quality, only focused on deadline. QA don’t get proper test timeline, no requirement details. if delay from development end. Will give QA 1-2 days to test. And they will release the product with many high priority issues as well....Read More
