My team and few other peoples are good. At my time, java team is at its peak level. We learned latest technology stack which was running on those day in the industry.

Dislikes

Even though we have good technology stack, management failed to use us for better opportunities and looses projects and whole team. Higher management dont think about employees personal life and happy environment, behave so rude and greedy by nature. Dont appreciate hardwork. There is huge problem with their management and now no scope for java process cause no projects are there for java.

Ember has a great set of minds working together for the betterment of the company. But the company doesn't looks to expand into various fields. It's stuck into what it was 10 years ago.

Company has not been trying to expand its foray of services and it may lead it to slow growth.
