A good company overall with a terrible management. If you're not a local you are not so welcome. Discrimination is a major pullback.

The culture of the company is that of a mafia manner. Decisions taken not explained. The atmosphere of the office space is more negative than positive. Job security is barely a thing in the organization. They have excellent perks and benefits.

I worked for Olive by Embassy it is a good company with good hospitality services across India.

Dislikes

The training structure is not good at Olive by Embassy initially when I joined at olive i was sent to an in complete project building where I had to stay in the dust for the whole time for a month or so. Complete training was not given when joined, they just explain u how the company works and assign u a property, and then everyday they ask u to join the zoom call and they explain it there so u will have to wait until the specific topic comes and u get the clarification. The senior manager and the Area managers need to treat their team like a team not like thier servents. I was in touch with the RPMs who were also not happy with the manager behaviour because of the way they treat is not professional and people don't deserve to be treated just because you are senior u don't have any rights to insult anyone....Read More
