Don't Join IMD (#IMD) international marketing division at any cost. IMD works without clarity, Works in 2 Silos - Director (PG) & CEO (VD) - there is a big disconnect between these two. Either you are in CEO's team or Director's Team. Coordinating between these two is a task. Its impossible to align these 2 on 1 thing. PG (Director) treats employee like slave - talks badly, openly abuses and threats employees. He gets behind people, make life hell with continuous torture even at 3am in night. If not that, he will unnecessary calls you to his Kolkata residence. Even after all this - there will be no clarity and alignment. CEO (VD) is another shortsighted leader. Keeps on unnecessarily holding approvals and delaying work. Useless leader, playing the power game, trying to appoint his favorite useless and tainted people at key positions....Read More

HR is useless and powerless. The culture is bad - Personal Comments, disrespect, bad language. They unnecessary and illogically doesn't give clarity and closure. Unnecessary Delays approval for your project. Continuous Harassments.
