Don't Join IMD (#IMD) international marketing division at any cost. IMD works without clarity, Works in 2 Silos - Director (PG) & CEO (VD) - there is a big disconnect between these two. Either you are in CEO's team or Director's Team. Coordinating between these two is a task. Its impossible to align these 2 on 1 thing. PG (Director) treats employee like slave - talks badly, openly abuses and threats employees. He gets behind people, make life hell with continuous torture even at 3am in night. If not that, he will unnecessary calls you to his Kolkata residence. Even after all this - there will be no clarity and alignment. CEO (VD) is another shortsighted leader. Keeps on unnecessarily holding approvals and delaying work. Useless leader, playing the power game, trying to appoint his favorite useless and tainted people at key positions....Read More

HR is useless and powerless. The culture is bad - Personal Comments, disrespect, bad language. They unnecessary and illogically doesn't give clarity and closure. Unnecessary Delays approval for your project. Continuous Harassments.

Bad culture with regular use of abusive language by directors ( family members). No vision,they are doomed - they only pit pressure to get orders... Multiple cases of Employees harrasment by department heads and Directors himself, but HR is spineless with no power. IMD /IBD(International) division is worst , headed by Pareshaan jiGoenka. He is a pysopath, abusive , sadistic person. He is highly insecure, absolutely abusive, intelligent but fully non strategic n a trader at heart. Products are demanded in the market during season. If season not work nobody can sale the products. Job security. Salary benefits. Company is upgrading as per the market behaviour.

Increment structure of company is worst. ASM are useless guys in the company. No work and full masti = ASM. RSDM is also most useless post additionally created, but no profit to company for this guy. All type of pressure is only on front line staff. No pain to upper post. ASMs has lot of GYAN, but they are absolutely fail in the market to implement anything.

Emami's products range is very good, every product is well known and acceptable among Indian consumers. Work-life balance is also good. And company is growing day by day and expend their product range also. So Here no issues for increasing our sales and revenue. And one of the most important thing is that- Emami is the top most growing Indian Brand.

Beside,all above mentioned; Some things are disappointed me many times... 1- In the comparison with other Big FMCG companies - too much difference between salaries among same designations/post. Salary structure is not up to date and low payment payout. 2- But on the other side; the new employee's (whom joined the organization recently) gotten handsome salaries on the same designations. 3- So equality issues. 4- In this compititive environment company's business strategies are not healthy.
