In starting everything is good, work culture, company policy. When I start my job with em3 my manager was very very good and atmosphere was good.

After sometime when my manager was changed, everything is changed in my department, this is the very worst situation No proper place for employee, In 3 to 4 month they changed 3 location and also they don't want to hire a person in any location they changed the current person location without giving a single increment and after that they are saying " If you are ok so that a good and join other wise resign from a company" They searching a one reason to take a resign form employee....Read More

Few employees at the junior level are good, and they pay decently good salary because they get huge money from investors.

Dislikes

They do not have a clear path. They don't know how many people to hire, they hire and then fire them. They don't know the actual meaning of Management. They do what they want, and will not think of the employees. No Earned leaves for employees which they can use against their Notice Period, they just have planned leave and unpaid leaves.

No challenging work, Learning is next to zero.. The only challenge is that you have to deal in one man situation. There is only one boss, rest are of no value.
