The Organization is a Professionally managed Group. Top Management is very highly helpful and there is no complaints from any Employees - irrespective of their capacity. Very good work culture.

Dislikes

There cannot be any complaint about any of the Executives. A good Organization to work with.

I look after the Eastern Region of the Organization. For Review Meetings etc. I used to be at HO. Am mainly working from my Hone-cum-Office.

the teammates lives and work like a family, team members are very cooperative and understanding and so are the directors

Dislikes

slow growth rate, long working hours 12+ a day, very less value for efforts and dedication from Directors. Heavy workloads as compared to the salary bring paid, its a pain to guide freshers, and thus it increases the workload on rest of team.
