Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The main plus point of the Elmach is they will provide salary on time or some time they hold down if they are not satisfied on our work.

Dislikes

There is no any career growth for future & worst job security.The director Of the company Is Treating as Low Level cheaper labour and he offend every one. About salary Increment, it will depend on companies mood it will be varied like after 1 year or 2 years or may be not.the work environment of the Elmach is terrible.
