no work pressure is the only good thing in elico chennai

salary will be credited on or ater 15th of every month. pf wont credited but in payslips pf will get deducted. nothing to learn and improve our knowledge single project only available nothing to learn. no cafeteria. no skill developemnet trainiing. wrst mnagmt

This is a very very worst company in the healthcare industry. They didn't give training for new employee, nothing about discuss job security, no project is here, so no career growth, appraisal okay, still PF amount didn't give any employee. Kindly advise don't join in this company.
