There's no target for your work,bcoz you can't able to see any vision and mission for the Technology department.(only On paper and words).

Worst leadership Team(Technology department) No new learning Employee attrition is too high (Even Department in charge HRs(3 -5) quit their job in the last 3 years, other Employees attrition you can't able to count. Etc,etc...,,..........
