It’s a great platform for beginners. The office hours are flexible. Bosses are cool. Everyone including bosses and management are accessible and you can share your opinions.

Dislikes

Lack of recognition. Appraisal process is so stupid that it’ll make you question your existence. There are many credit stealers in the organisation ( these will always get heavy appraisals ) Project managers are so neglected that it makes you feel like you should have been a designer or metal unit worker.
