The management of the organization is very much open to receive your feedback. You could have to register your grievances / suggestions, if any to your HoD and further to management representative. Similarly, the company has laid down the policies in the interest of the employees and organization for smooth operation and growth. All employees have to follow those policies. You had given negative ratings; the reasons you know only. But we see the employees, may be like you, are not following the policies and guidelines of the company. Absconding from the duty, late arrival on duty, no information about your leave to concerned HoDs / HR and so many criteria you could not have followed and hence you dislike the actions taken by the organizations. Any employee when join a new organization, should know first the company's culture, prevailing rules and regulations and so on. Company will not change its culture, policies or rules as per wish of employees like you. If you can not cop up with company's rules and regulation, you will not survive in any company.

કંપની એ તમોને નોકરીમા, જે તે ડીપાર્ટમેન્ટ નું રોજિંદું કામ કરવા રાખેલા હતા, પરંતુ તમે તો આખો દિવસ મોબાઈલ માં પર્સનલ ચેટિંગ કરતાં હતા, તમારા 6 વર્ષ ના અનુભવ પ્રમાણે તમે એક પણ કામ રોજે રોજ પૂરું નથી કરી શક્યા અને તેથી કંપની ને નુકશાન વેઠવું પડ્યુ હતું સાથે સાથે તમે કંપની ની માહિતી બહાર બીજા કોઈ ને પણ પહોંચાડતા હતા આટલું નુકશાન કર્યા પછી તમે કયા મોઢે “આટલું સરસ અંગ્રેજી માં લખેલા ની” અપેક્ષા રાખો છો. પોતાની અંદર રહેલા આવા દુર્ગુણો સુધારો તો હવે પછી ની નોકરી સારી રીતે કરી શકશો.
